Two friends have birthdays this week, so I made cupcakes, using the delicious Pillsbury pumpkin bread mix. I looked in the cabinet and found no frosting so I made some.

Buttercream frosting recipe:

Ingredients:

1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 bar butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
food coloring OR tube of colored frosting
vanilla OR almond OR banana extract etc (optional)
 
Combine ingredients in large bowl. Beat with a whisk. Spread on cake/cupcakes with frosting spreader. Chill. Enjoy!
